About Us
We are a creative and purpose-driven events agency specialising in delivering impactful experiences for mission-led organisations. From fundraising galas to large-scale summits and intimate stakeholder gatherings, we craft events that inspire, influence, and deliver results. Our clients span charities, foundations, social enterprises, and values-led businesses. We are growing our presence in the non-profit and social impact sector and are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Lead to drive new business development and forge meaningful client relationships.

Role Overview

As Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing new client relationships across the charity and social impact space. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong understanding of the sector, and proven experience in sales and marketing. Your goal will be to position our agency as the go-to partner for organisations seeking strategic, creative, and high-impact events. This role provides a real opportunity for growth and development, and a chance for the role to evolve in a way that meets your own working needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on non-profits, foundations, and social enterprises

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with organisations aligned to our mission and services

  • Lead on outreach, pitch development, and conversion of new business leads

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and prospective clients

  • Represent the agency at sector events, meetings, and networking opportunities

  • Collaborate with the internal team to shape compelling proposals and tailored event solutions

  • Track and report on pipeline development, lead generation, and business performance

  • Stay informed on trends in philanthropy, fundraising, and purpose-led communications to inform agency positioning

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within an agency or consultancy setting

  • Deep understanding of the charity and social impact sector, including funding trends, stakeholder priorities, and sector-specific challenges

  • Proven ability to win new business and grow a client base, particularly in values-driven contexts

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to craft compelling narratives

  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, driven, and collaborative working style

  • Passionate about social impact, with a genuine interest in the work and values of our clients

  • Exceptional communication and digital skills

Desirable Experience

  • Previous work within or alongside non-profits or philanthropic foundations

  • Experience working within a creative or events-based agency

  • Marketing or brand strategy experience

  • Knowledge of CSR, ESG, or B Corp frameworks
