Rebecca Elcome

MD & FOUNDER

After 10 years leading events teams at Cancer Research UK and Great Ormond Street, I moved to consultancy to bring my expertise to a wider spectrum of organisations.

Delivering content-led events for social impact organisations has taken me across the world and positioned Coveted Creates as leaders in the field of non-profit events.

Bringing people together is what I love most about my job. I am co-founder of the Special Events Forum, FemMentored and The Kid In Her; I believe in the power of community to drive positive change.

Sophie Holdsworth

HEAD OF EVENTS& CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Before joining Coveted Creates I was Head of Events at University of the Arts London, prior to that I managed the Ambassador's event programme at the US Embassy London.

I have spent 13 years working in non-profit events across charity, arts, education and government; leading event strategies that build meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.

My diverse experience across sectors has shown me the incredible power of events, I'm proud to be a part of an organisation driving tangible impact.

Sophie Balkham

SENIOR EVENTS PRODUCER

I have been a part of the Coveted Creates team, working alongside Rebecca for over 10 years. Previously I was part of the in-house team at BAFTA delivering high-profile events for television in both their Awards and Venue teams.

With a background in production, my role at Coveted Creates is often focused on supporting our clients to develop and deliver content-led events.

My goal with every project is to produce an event that runs smoothly, drives impact and leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Gabriella Marcelino

Events and Experiences Consultant

My career started in the Bahamas where I worked as part of the Caribbean Resort Opening Team for Sandals Resorts before heading to London where I entered the world of luxury catering.

After five years of working on incredible projects in some of the world's most spectacular venues I made the move to Coveted Creates to work with clients who have purpose at their heart.

Since joining the team, I have had the privilege of leading a huge spectrum of projects to raise critical funds and awareness for valuable causes.

Molly Cook

PROJECT MANAGER

I joined Coveted Creates from the Special Events team at Breast Cancer Now. With a background in marketing and design, my role at Coveted Creates combines my passion for cause-led work with my eye for creative problem solving.

I work closely with Coveted Creates producers to support our clients and deliver flawless service, every time.

I have a particular interest in developing supporter journeys and I love working on projects that put donor stewardship at the heart of event planning.

Amy Battman

Events Assistant

I joined Coveted Creates from the MS Society where I worked on the delivery of high-profile fundraising events. My love for this sector started during my time at university where I led events while volunteering at the The Chilterns Neuro Centre.

Now working at Coveted, I love the variety it brings, and the opportunity to collaborate with so many different organisations. My goal is to create special experiences that truly resonate with people and spark conversation.
