How do we raise more with less? Navigating the realities of fundraising in a stretched and increasingly demanding environment; from limited budgets and burnout to competing priorities and demonstrating ROI. We’ll explore the challenges of not just surviving, but thriving. We’ll also shine a light on the things that don’t always get talked about; from missed targets and internal politics to the pace of change across the sector.
Format: For those of us that can join in person, we will have coffee and pastries available from 9:30, with the view to beginning the discussion alongside virtual attendees at 10am.

We’ll also shine a light on the achievements that don’t always get recognised; from strengthening donor relationships and bringing colleagues on board to navigating last-minute challenges and building teams that keep coming back.
