Overview:

The Mason family have been pioneers for equality and education in South Africa for generations and this fresh take could be found in every element of their first London gala. Goodenough College was the setting for a dinner for 220 guests where personal touches, flashes of magic and heartfelt sentiment were seen in abundance.

Special touches: Upon arrival, each guest received a paper hummingbird with a message of thanks and love from a Kay Mason Foundation scholar.

What they ate and drank: Braai fillet steak, Malva pudding and Bruce Jack Wines set the scene for our South African feast.
