GSF & Hempel Foundation

Project: Skoll World Forum 2025

Overview: Global Schools Forum and Hempel Foundation hosted their inaugural side event at the 2025 Skoll World Forum. With over 100 attendees representing education entrepreneurs, NGOs, funders and ecosystem leaders, we asked how do you achieve lasting impact at scale?

Back to back panel discussions were held in the historic Amersi Lecture theatre at Brasenose College which was followed by a networking drinks reception in the Antechapel Quad.

The discussions, dynamic panels, and networking opportunities our team witnessed at Skoll reinforced the power of collaboration and innovation in not just the education but the third sector as a whole.

Parkinson’s UK

Project: Par-Con 2025

Overview: We brought the Parkinson’s UK community together at the Vox Venue, Birmingham and online to share information, updates and tips on living well with Parkinson's. With 835 people joining online across the 2 days and over 360 people in person the event was an incredible display of the power of community.

The convention was full of positivity, emotion and hope. From sessions on where we’re at in the search for better treatments, to an interactive session with Angela Rippon showcasing the benefits of dance. There really was something for everyone.

We worked alongside an incredible working group made up of People living with Parkinson’s, (newly diagnosed or diagnosed for some time, young onset or diagnosed later in life), Supporters and loved ones of those navigating a Parkinson’s diagnosis as well as trusted health professionals.

London Sport

Project: London Sport Awards

Overview: Working with London Sport since 2024, we have delivered their annual London Sport Awards as well as their Active LDN conference. The London Sport Awards ceremony celebrates individuals, projects, and organizations improving physical and mental well-being in London through sport and activity, recognizing volunteers, community impact, tech innovation, and inspiring young people.

Sohn Foundation

Project: Sohn Investment Conferences

Overview: The Sohn Conference Foundation was originally founded in 1995, in memory of Ira Sohn, a New York trader. His friends and family started the New York Conference to raise funds and awareness for paediatric cancer research and treatment. Across the world, the events are organised by a committee of incredible volunteers.

For Sohn New York, Sohn London and Sohn Monaco, our end-to-end role includes the coordination of the weekly committee calls and sales reports, marketing and guest communication, speaker and sponsor liaison, as well as all logistical elements of the event, both in the lead up to the event and the stage management/delivery on the day.

The Royal Foundation

Client: The Future Workforce Summit

Overview: The Future Workforce Summit was a first of it’s kind, bringing together 100 CEO’s from major businesses - including LEGO, Kellogg’s and Amazon - to highlight their responsibility to invest in early childhood. Held at Salesforce Tower and opened by The Princess of Wales, contributors included Sir Gareth Southgate and Philippa Perry, alongside businesses from their Business Taskforce.

Global Schools Forum

Client: Annual Meeting

Overview: We have worked with Global Schools Forum since 2016 to deliver their now biennial members meetings, attended by senior global education practitioners and funders, as well as local and national ministers and dignitaries. The three-day event includes two days of workshops and presentations, as well as a full-day visiting regional school partners. This year’s event was sponsored by the BHP Foundation.
